Together we're on a mission to power every property in the world and to do that, we need to find the best talent in the world. That's why we're on the search for a dynamic FP&A Director to join a fast-growing Finance Department.
Main responsibilities will include FP&A thought leadership and team-building/scaling to optimize the business for growth. Specific activities will include planning & forecasting (refreshed monthly), sophistication of systems & automation, building and leading a global remote team, reporting, and supporting leadership in key strategic initiatives.

What You Will Do:
- Build, develop, and oversee global FP&A function and remote team
- Lead the growth model and KPI measurement/reporting processes
- Build and maintain corporate financial models that detail operations and project future performance with appropriate sensitivities
- Short-term and long-term planning with “what if” scenarios
- Prepare month-end variance and trend review with relevant insights for the leadership team
- Provide consistency and clarity in gathering data, conducting analysis, and preparing commentaries on revenue and KPIs
- Lead a variety of projects to optimize revenue and KPIs
- Proactively identify issues and implement scalable process improvements
- Ad hoc projects and analysis
You’ll Succeed With:
- Strong ability to prioritize and focus efforts on driving results, first and foremost
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
- 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience and deep expertise with SaaS metrics and financials
- Experience with FP&A software tools
- Experience with dashboarding in Tableau (directly or via BI partners)
- Excellent analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and business acumen
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Business level fluency in English required
