As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building, driving, and managing a US/Canada region to deliver above quota sales performance.
Location: Remote - US/Canada
What You Will Do:
Primary Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for all aspects of the region’s sales cycle, including the execution of individual and team sales plans to exceed quotas; managing and ensuring adherence to the Cloudbeds Sales Process methodology; leveraging alternate channels to build sales volume; ensuring a high level of customer renewal rates; disciplined expense management; and, most importantly, maintaining the highest levels of integrity in everything that we do.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Accurately create and deliver forecasts to sales leadership; provide feedback to sales leadership, product, engineering, and marketing regarding what you’re hearing in the field; assist with virtual presentations of the tool to clients all over the world; represent Cloudbeds at major industry events.
You’ll Succeed With:
- 5 years experience as a quota-buster, modeling a consultative sales approach (at least 2 yrs of SaaS sales)
- 2 years of sales management experience
- Demonstrable success in leading/training sales professionals
- Demonstrable success in selling hospitality management software or other SaaS solutions
- Track record of driving exceptional outbound prospecting results and overachievement in new logo acquisition
- Exceptional presentation skills; able to effectively and energetically present to customers, peers, and leadership
- Ability to optimize the SaaS sales model as necessary to accelerate growth
- Drive to quickly develop subject matter expertise in Salesforce CRM, Groove, Sisense, Zendesk, and an ever-expanding list of productivity tools
Bonus:
- Track record developing and sustaining partners for a start-up
- English and other European languages
- Hospitality experience and/or education
