Job Description: Cloudera’s Corporate Services Team creates and maintains the commercial, physical, and cultural frameworks that help us grow and scale. This department cross collaborates with every other department within the company to ensure the business runs smoothly and stays on track to both meet and exceed goals. The team manages Global Real Estate, Procurement, Workplace Resources: Planning and Construction, Office Services, Employee Events and more. The Office Coordinator position will manage office coordination for primarily our Atlanta Office. This individual will be the forefront person from the Corporate Services Team for employee requests and issues. The Office Coordinator will also provide remote support for our East Coast offices. Alongside the Workplace Resources team, this role will work asynchronously to enable the smooth functioning of activities. Duties will include vendor management, assisting with security & safety, budget tracking, travel assistance, and daily support of reception. We are looking for someone who is friendly, flexible and has an energetic personality with excellent customer service. This position is highly visible and requires interfacing with members from all levels of the organization as well as all types of vendors. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can coordinate effectively and cross functionally. There is no project too large or task too small for this individual’s attention. Reports to: Manager, Office Services (Direct Manager) Director, Global Workplace You Will: Serve as the primary onsite contact at the Principal Executive Office in Atlanta for Facilities and Office Day-to-Day Services, managing employee requests from our ticketing system pertaining to the support of access, onsite meetings and onsite requests Manage Front Desk at the Atlanta Office, including shipping & receiving, front lobby upkeep and oversight of incoming flux of guests, vendors and visiting employees (Administrative Services) Provide an exceptional customer service experience and act as a face of Corporate Services to our end users. Provides remote support to US East Coast offices for day-to-day operations, including vendor relations to support building maintenance and operations, food program services, and assisting with employee requests for those offices via our ticketing system Support and Assist Workplace Management Team and Global team on tasks and special projects related to the local office Provide Remote Back-Up Support and Coverage of duties of team members in absences planned & unplanned, including vacations and illnesses as needed Remain flexible as the company grows, responsibilities arise and shift. You Will Have: 2 years related experience in a fast changing and growing corporate environment. Bachelor's degree preferred, High School graduate or equivalent required Desired Skills: Proven interpersonal skills with ability to influence others Ability to effectively engage with managers cross-functionally, diplomatically and persuasively A practical sense and ability to prioritize and implement Can-do attitude with attention to details Proficient in computer skills especially Google Workplace, Jira, Concur, Coupa, Workday, Envoy, SiQ, Slack, AutoCad, NetSuite, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
