We are actively seeking Freshers as well as experienced Sales Professional in Industrial(Manufacturing/ Construction) Staffing on an urgent basis. This is an Onsite Position where employees will be asked to work from Office Monday to Friday.

- Actively seek and acquire new clients in industrial staffing industry by identifying business opportunities, networking, and building relationships.
- Collaborate with potential clients to understand their workforce requirements and staffing needs.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand accounts and increase business opportunities.
- Work closely with our recruiting team to match client requirements with suitable candidates, ensuring high-quality placements.
- Continuously engage with clients to ensure their staffing needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to identify potential client needs and opportunities for growth.
- Ability to build new connections to quickly bring in new clients and opportunities.
- Ability to travel to potential clients and existing client offices to spread word of mouth, business growth is a must.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
