Position Overview:
As a Recruiter you will be responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. You will be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process which entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating the interview process, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring candidates have a pleasant experience. You will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis to identify future hiring needs. You will attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks, job boards and employee referrals. You will ensure our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees, while growing a strong, talented pipeline.
Responsibilities:
· Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy
· Source candidates using a variety of search methods, like databases, and social media to build a robust candidate pipeline.
· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board.
· Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications and conducting interviews to filter them for open positions.
· Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.
· Function as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
· Perform reference checks as need
· Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
· Manage onboarding and new hire process
· Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
· Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
· Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
· Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
· 2 years of recruiting experience preferred
· Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
· Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Comfortable making decisions independently
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
· Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations
· Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
· Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter.
· Familiar working with Salesforce. (Preferred)
