Guaranteed: 40 hours | 16 hours

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will oversee nursing staff and patient care, ensuring high-quality services are provided. If you have a passion for healthcare leadership and patient advocacy, we want to hear from you.
Duties
- Manage and supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and healthcare providers
- Monitor patient progress and medical documentation to ensure accurate records
- Utilize eClinicalWorks or similar software for medical record management
- Administer IV infusions, injections, and monitor vital signs
- Conduct utilization reviews and assist with case management
- Demonstrate proficiency in PICU, neonatal ventilator care, and cardiac catheterization procedures
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $58.00 - $62.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
