As A Build Crew Member You Will:
- Travel to car wash locations under construction and renovations to install car wash equipment
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools, welders, crimpers, heavy machinery and more
- Perform a variety of task requiring electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, pneumatic knowledge
- Complete all work following safety regulations and protocols
What We Are Looking For In You:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Driver's license, reliable transportation, with a clean driving record
- No car wash experience necessary, we will train you on the job
- Ability to travel - typical work schedule is 10 days on, 4 days off
- Ability to work 70 hours per week
- Carwash experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with tools and heavy machinery
- Ability to communicate effectively
- A strong work ethic and team player mindset
- Ability to enjoy work while outside in varying weather conditions
- Able to stand on feet for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
- Bending, squatting, kneeling, and climbing stairs or ladders
