The Spa at Club Northwest is searching for a Client Experience Coordinator who will create and maintain a world-class Spa environment that bridges Clients and Staff.
You will be accountable for:
- Spa schedule
- Front desk coordination
- Retail sales
- Day-to-day operations
- Trainings to support product knowledge and world-class customer service.
Job Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day options of spa.
- Manage & support providers and front desk staff.
- Manage appointment schedule to maximize revenue & potential mistakes.
- Identify & schedule of trainings needed for staff.
- Knowledge of software used to assist with training of staff.
- Manage staff schedules & monitor to stay within budget.
- Assist with goal settings for staff & retail.
- Assist with ordering & inventory.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by Spa Director.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Directly supervises employees within the Spa department(s).
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

- Training employees
- Planning, assigning, and directing work
- Appraising performance
- Rewarding and disciplining employees
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualificatoins:
- Minimum 2 years prior management experience.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or one to three years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite

Pay: $35,360.00 - $45,760.00 per year
