SALES REPRESENTATIVE

POSITION:

The purpose of the Sales Representative is to assist th Management Team with new memberships, retail sales, marketing, studio operations, and retaining current members. Pilates fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.

REQUIREMENTS:

· Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required

· Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training

· Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system

· Proficient in managing multiple social media platforms relevant to the business such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, etc.

· Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday

· Attend marketing events, onsite and within the community.

· Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email

· Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

· Must have proficient computer skills and social media platforms

· Reliable transportation, preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Execute the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close

· Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants

· Maintain acceptable level of personal sales production

· Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider

· Present available services to current or prospective members

· Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota

· Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community events) to promote the club.

· Actively engage on Club Pilates Weatherford social media sites.

· Assumes responsibility for developing selling skills

· Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements

• Employee must be able to work hours that may exceed 8 hours per day and/or 35 hours per week including nights and weekends, especially during peak activity periods.
• May be required to sit or stand for up to four hours at a time. May be required to reach with hands and arms. Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, and drive a car. May be asked to occasionally lift, push, pull, and/or lift up to 35 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust and focus.
• Must be able to effectively hear in person and via telephone.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be required to work remotely, offsite, travel, and/or be exposed to adverse or inclement conditions.

Competitive base salary: $15-$19 per hour (based on experience).
