Position
The Health and Wellness Manager will oversee all studio functions from sales to instructors. They will lead all sales efforts; drive membership growth and endeavor to prevent member attrition. The General Manager will hire, train and manage Sales Associates within their studio.
The General Manager will utilize discretion and independent judgment in managing the studio and directing the work of employees.
COMPENSATION:
- Competitive base salary rate of $45,000-$75.000 total Compensation, includes commission

Requirements
Must have a minimum of 2 years Membership sales or similar sales experience where monetary goals needed to be met
Must have experience leading a team of employees
Valid Driver’s License
Excellent communication skills both in person and on the phone

Responsibilities
- Oversee execution of sales process, lead generation, follow up, and close
- Assist in maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all members, prospective members and guests and ensuring staff provides superior customer service
- Coordinate studio-specific marketing activities and collaborate on activities with sister studios
- Manage social media accounts for the studio and provide timely, effective posts
- Oversee member account changes – cancellations, freeze requests, etc.
- Coordinate with General Manager/vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts
- Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
- Quarterly Inventory Check
- Submit monthly NICHA Member Work Out Report
- Independently make decisions related to high level customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates Studio
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance of the studio as needed
- Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
- Participate in networking/community events and studio promotions when needed
