Through Club Pilates Teacher Training, you’ll become equipped to teach 12 person Reformer Pilates group classes, as well as one on one Private classes at any hiring Club Pilates location, internationally. Club Pilates has 1000 studios across the globe, spanning 4 continents, and is the largest Pilates brand and studio network worldwide.
About the program:
- The Club Pilates Teacher Training Program is the only 500-hour Comprehensive Pilates education program that allows for flexible pacing with a blended education format. The blended format includes in-person (practical), independent, and online learning.
- Graduates will receive a Comprehensive Pilates education in all apparatus: Mat, Reformer, Jumpboard, Springboard, Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, and Magic Circle.
- Participants will have access to our proprietary educational materials and the host studio facility for one year from the date of their first in-studio day.
- Participants receive 6 month discounted membership to help complete training.
- This program will prepare graduates with the skills needed to become a successful instructor in the Pilates industry.
- Upon completion, participants will be able to successfully sit for the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP) exam and teach in settings such as group fitness, one-on-one, big gyms, small boutiques studios around the world, and our growing family of Club Pilates studios!
- Club Pilates Teacher Training fulfills global industry standards of Pilates instructor education.

What to expect once you’re hired at a Club Pilates studio:
Your certification can earn you employment at any hiring Club Pilates studio. Please note - we do not sponsor students. Hiring is contingent upon completion of the program and staffing needs per studio. Teacher Training is paid for by the student, as the certification is tied to the independent Instructor. Training must be paid for in full before the first in-studio training date (May 24th, 2024). Payment plans are available. In-person training will take place over four weekends from May 24th, 2024 - July 7th, 2024.
- This is a W2 position, not a contractor.
- Job Type: Part-time. Work as many or as few hours as you want.
- Salary: $30.00 - $52.00 per hour depending on the hiring studio’s pay structure.
- No sales required, we bring students to you!
- Typically Pilates Instructors recoup their investment in Teacher Training within two months of teaching part time.
- Club Pilates instructors teach full body Pilates reformer group classes in a fun state-of-art facility. We utilize Balance Body reformers, springboards, EXO chairs, and complementary equipment.
- Instructors may also choose to teach private classes in our fully equipped private training rooms (Cadillac/Reformer).
