Row House is a boutique rowing concept that strives to give people of all different fitness levels an efficient, high-cardio, full-body workout in less than one hour.

POSITION : The main focus of the Sales Rep Fitness Advisor is to represent Row House to potential clients, bring new prospects / members in the door, and close sales (including memberships, packages, and retail merchandise) by presenting a solution to meet the client's goals.
Along with bringing in new prospects, the Sales Associate focuses on retaining current members by providing stellar customer service in a fast paced environment.
A background in fitness particularly being able to provide personalized class recommendations to clients based on their specific fitness needs and goals is highly preferred but not required.
REQUIREMENTS : Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and retail Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday Ability to quickly problem solve as issues arise Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in-person, social media, phone, and email Must be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines Must have advanced computer skills navigating the use of multiple online platforms Occasional travel for off-site events may be required RESPONSIBILITIES : Follow the sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and close Book and confirm intro / first classes Manage the front desk to greet and assist clients and prospects when they enter the studio Conduct tours of the studio while establishing a relationship and targeting individual goals Maintain an acceptable level of personal sales production Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed intro classes Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club Participate in weekly sales team meeting and continuous sales training Ensure the studio is clean and tidy Other duties as assigned COMPENSATION & PERKS : Competitive base based on experience Free studio membership Commission paid on sales Opportunity for bonus based on performance Huge opportunities for growth within the studios, including additional sales and management opportunities Job Type : Part-time Salary : $20.
