THE ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Advertising Manager with a deep passion for contemporary electronic dance music. This role is responsible for creating, overseeing, and developing advertising campaigns that promote live events, merchandise, and various projects within the music and hospitality industries. The position covers advertising for multiple music venues and special events, from bars and lounges to large-scale music festivals, with events occurring on a weekly basis. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and non-traditional office environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and manage comprehensive advertising strategies to promote live events, merchandise, and associated projects.
- Oversee and execute advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
- Collaborate with the social media team to ensure alignment of advertising content with overall brand messaging.
- Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.
- Work closely with various departments to synchronize marketing efforts and ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
- Manage advertising budgets and allocate resources efficiently to meet campaign objectives.
- Stay updated with trends in digital advertising, electronic dance music culture, and event marketing.
- Ensure availability for weekend events and select holidays, as required by the role.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance to the Director of Sales & Marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and advertising is preferred.
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in Meta, Google, and TikTok digital advertising platforms.
- Experience working with social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Proficiency in Google Business Suite (Google Ads, Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within small teams and across multiple departments at a fast pace.
- Availability to work on weekends and select holidays, depending on event schedules.
- Deep familiarity with electronic dance music culture and trends.
- Previous experience in event marketing and advertising is highly preferred.
