Club Studio is comprised of five innovative boutique fitness studios that were carefully curated to create a unique member experience, along with plenty of free weights, strength and cardio areas, Olympic size swimming pool, functional and personal training area, full-size basketball court, locker rooms, and babysitting services. This is where your unlimited boutique studio classes and your state-of-the art gym have collided. Fitness in a class of its own.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Find hire, train a top talented team that is fitness minded and understands customer
service.
- Set daily goals for yourself and your team to surpass company expectations.
- Assist in all aspects of running a clean and profitable club through team by working
with all managers and team members to accomplish this
- Must be proficient in customer service fitness and multiple modalities and studio
classes
- Ensure that your team can communicate studio concepts
- Passionate about community outreach and help the studio director in planning in
studio events
- Daily 15-minute morning meeting with GM, Studio Director and PTD to discuss any
outstanding items from the previous and plan a strategy for the current day
- Generate revenue through internal retention programs
- Create a positive, safe teamwork environment
- Take responsibility for all the club's needs. Step in and help out
- Understand and respect the definition of management – “the skill of attaining
predetermined goals with and through voluntary cooperation and effort of others”
- Eager to continue to learn about management skills development. * Be timely well dressed and ready to work
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 2 years management or leadership in the fitness industry
- Work a 40 hr week schedule
- Experience managing and motivating a team
- Excellent organizational skills and quick to problem solve
- Passionate about growing your career in fitness and health with Club Studio
