We’re searching for a professional IT support specialist! You’ll troubleshoot any technical issues quickly to make sure our business operations can continue running efficiently. $18 - $23

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure our computers are backed up so all files are saved in case the system crashes
  • Make sure new employees have their user accounts, company email, and appropriate security access so they can complete assigned tasks
  • Respond quickly to technical issues so problems can be resolved and our employees can continue to work efficiently
  • Install all new technology for the company, including computer operating systems, software programs and applications, new desktops, and other computer hardware
Qualifications:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Capable of creating technical databases utilizing spreadsheets in Excel
  • Top-notch customer service skills and driven to make our business succeed
  • Skilled in communication, time management, and organization
  • Familiarity with multiple computer operating systems, such as Windows, Mac, and Linux operations
