What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at ClubAir?

Duties:
- Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations of the store
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and concerns
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and organizing stock shipments
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and employee documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain store appearance and stock levels
- Proficient phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries
