We are currently looking for a Student Worker to join us as a UX Designer in Copenhagen. You will be part of the Product team, reporting to our Product Designer, Victor Coronado, and working in very close collaboration with the rest of the team.
The Role
As a UX Design Student Worker, you will play a crucial role in improving our product while having the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field!
We are searching for that right person who is eager to jump right in, curious to learn and grow alongside an amazing group of people, with an emphasis on teamwork.
What you will do
- Researching industry best practices to identify potential areas for innovation.
- Conducting user research to identify our customers’ needs, and opportunities for enhancement.
- Collaborating to design, conduct and document usability tests.
- Assisting in the creation of user journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to support the design process.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Dev, CX and Sales) to ensure a seamless user experience throughout the product lifecycle.
- Providing input and recommendations for product improvements to enhance usability and accessibility.
- Staying up-to-date with the trends in UX, sharing insights and knowledge with the team.
What we need from you
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program and able to work 10-15 hours per week
- Strong interest for user-centered design and a desire to create exceptional user experiences
- Familiarity with UX research methodologies and design best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Self-starter spirit and collaborative mindset
What we would love to see from you
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Figma is a plus
- A portfolio or examples of previous UX work (including school projects) is desirable
