Clutch is looking for a Production Manager with experience in team leadership and has the ability to lead a team.
Responsibilities:
- Timely communication of project status to all team members
- Lead and coordinate project production meetings
- Assist in identifying and assessing vendors based on project requirements
- Ensure production file organization within server structure
- Creation and enforcement of identified SOPs to ensure quality within production
- Maintain accurate timesheets
- Collaborate with Creative, Project Management, and Account Teams
- Production timeline and estimating development and management
- Project/production status report generation and management
- PO creation and management (including initial point of contact for invoicing as needed)
- Ensure high production standards
- Recommend quality alternatives to print projects to stay within budget and timing constraints
- Coordinate on-time deliveries
- Provide guidance around creation of unique print materials
- Print spec sheet and print mechanical file review
- File and asset release to production partners
- Vendor outreach, quote management, scheduling, and management
Required skills:
- Extensive knowledge of production techniques, printing in particular
- Thorough understanding of purchasing and procurement
- Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage multiple client projects and initiatives and ensure deadlines are met
- Anticipate potential outcomes of projects/communications and plans accordingly
- A track record of business acumen and fiscal responsibility
- Ability to create various levels of project/production tracking reports
- Must be extremely detail-oriented, able to multitask, and able to prioritize multiple projects
- Experience with both digital and print production
