Are you looking for employment where you can learn with a defined growth path and the rapidity of your growth is mostly determined by you? Are you good at meticulously following instructions and working with your hands? Do you have a solid proficiency in skills such as basic math, using hand tools, and building things? If this sounds like you, then CLX has Panel Builder positions that just might be what you're looking for! While we consider this position entry-level, there are still some basic skills that candidates will already have for success, such as some experience building electrical panels or working in an electrical/technician position. Some basic wiring and electrical knowledge is helpful (such as working on car radios, automating things at home, etc.) Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and AutoCAD Electrical is preferred but not required. We are willing to train candidates who have worked with electrical panels. Although this position works in a shop or manufacturing environment, the position requires a professional appearance and demeanor, especially if working directly with clients and on their work site.

We do not require college degrees, although certifications in electronics and/or manufacturing are a strong plus.
