Successful candidates will meet required deadlines, work proficiently in Microsoft Office applications, and have excellent communication skills. The ability to operate in a team environment, take the initiative in problem-solving, and accurately and consistently enter and retrieve data easily will help ensure the right candidate thrives. Most importantly, the ideal candidate is committed to quality work executed consistently. The ideal candidate is self-sufficient and can coordinate and complete work on his/her own.
This is a mid-level non-exempt position reporting to the Director or Project Management. Project Administrators work closely with Project Management and Finance in our Sanford, FL office.
We cannot pay relocation for the position and you must be authorized to work in the US now and in the future.

The Project Administrator is responsible for the following:
Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
Data entry into reports and spreadsheets with formulas and the ability to analyze and fix problems within those spreadsheets
Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
Create multiple travel itineraries with the ability to negotiate costs with hotels and internal travelers for schedules.
Document and consistently follow up on important actions and decisions.
Prepare necessary presentation materials for various meetings and/or reports, especially in Excel.
Support the completion of projects in a timely manner by demonstrating an appropriate sense of urgency and timely execution.
Provide a variety of administrative and project tasks as requested
Support project strategies and suggest improvement to processes.
Ensure all documentation is organized and easily retrievable and maintained as necessary with each project.
Distribute meeting minutes and work toward meeting facilitation.
Create project calendars to clearly see each goal and objective.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma
Excellent Microsoft Office and Excel proficiency and/or Office 365 proficiency
Ability to pass background check initial and random drug screenings
Present a professional demeanor with very good verbal phone skills and clear writing and email skills
