Qualifications for the Real Estate Transaction Coordinator:
- Must have an active real estate license in the State of Arizona
- Ability to multitask
- Have excellent time management skills
- Strong communications and organization skills
- Must possess superb phone etiquette and computer literacy in the areas of data entry, email traffic, adjusting marketing material and distribution to various mediums.
Responsibilities for the Real Estate Transaction Coordinator:
- Preparing Contracts, Offers, Listings, Negotiations
- Oversee Email Communication
- Scheduling Appointments/Inspections
- Coordination of Documents with Clientele and Point of Contact
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
