Summary — The Digital Marketing Strategist manages the digital marketing strategy and efforts for CMA and its clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to crafting digital strategies, managing and implementing projects, timelines, and budgets; organizing and interpreting project analytics and metrics, making recommendations for ongoing campaign refinement; project strategy sessions with the account team and clients; managing and executing SEO/SEM, Programmatic, and Email Marketing campaigns. The DMS reports to the Director of Business Integration. This is currently a part time, in-office role Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with opportunity for growth and expansion to full time.

Major Responsibility Areas (MRAs):
- Provide end-to-end project management for digital projects
- Scope project requirements and prepare estimates
- Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress, steering campaigns daily through analyzing results alongside account team.
- Oversee digital reporting & prepare reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
- Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
- Launch, monitor, analyze and report on Google Analytics, Google Ads, website metrics, Hotjar, Keyword research, email marketing and other additional metrics
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
- Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
- Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects
- Participate in client-facing strategy sessions
Required Skills:
- Deep Knowledge of digital analytics, metrics, process and digital marketing best practices
- Familiarity with tools to assess campaign success and tell the campaign’s story
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, time-sensitive driven environment
- Exceptional organization and detail-oriented

- Prior agency experience preferred

Education/Experience — Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 4-5 years proven success in a similar role at an agency or digital media provider. Google certifications and HubSpot experience a plus.
