Principle Accountabilities

• Deliver projects per an agreed scope and on time by demonstrating strong project management skills and engaging with internal and external colleagues
• Project Maintenance – create a project plan and ensure it is kept updated, capture, manage and mitigate risks and issues and be responsible for tracking and maintaining overall project health
• Demonstrate strong communication skills externally – manage client expectations, provide clear instruction, guidance and transparency
• Own test plans with the customer and any relevant additional participant
• Maintain clear, concise and relevant communication to key internal and external stakeholders across multiple levels of seniority
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver the best service to the customer
• Share your market experience via this, and previous roles, internally and externally

This will allow our customers to achieve operational and financial efficiencies. The primary focus of the role is within the risk mitigation services. This hybrid role will allow an individual to further develop industry knowledge, as well as improving project management and technical integration skills. We pride ourselves on our ability to communicate and manage customer relationships – in this role the individual will need to work with internal and external stakeholders across multiple levels of seniority. Documentation Manager streamlines the creation, monitoring, amendment and termination of designation notice agreements; Limit Monitoring allows customers to manage real-time limit checking for OTC cleared trading activity in line with CFTC and MiFIR trade certainty requirements; Credit Monitoring enables prime brokers and executing brokers to control clients’ risk exposure via overall limits and liquity limits for FX products; Credit Kill Switches stop client trading activity by issuing a manual or automated ‘kill’ command in the event of a client extinguishing the credit available to them on one or more execution venues; and Credit Rebalancing dynamically or manually distributes limits across executing venues from those that are experiencing lighter trading activity to those being more heavily used.

Traiana’s clearing workflow solution allows customers to match, confirm and submit trades for central clearing at a wide range of CCPs across the globe.
