Supervisor: Ticket Office Manager
Department: Season Pass
Position Summary: Assists guests with selling and processing season passes, answering questions and other duties
Job Relationships:
- Responsible To: Guests, Ticket Office Manager
- Employees Supervised: None
- Inter-Relationships: Work closely with Ticket Office Manager
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sell and process season passes
- Data entry
- Answer questions
- Answer phones
- Keep an accurate cash count
- Additional duties may be assigned
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Certification: None
- Experience: Cash handling, keyboarding, and computer skills required. 10-Key experience preferred.
- Other Requirements
a. Ability to relate in positive manner to guests and co-workers
b. Work quickly in a fast paced environment
Environmental Factors:
- Continuous interaction with guests
- Lifting of items weighing 40 Lbs. or more
- Exposure to cold temperatures
- Sitting or standing for extended periods of time
- Guest facing position.
