Senior Manager-Innovation (Whole City/Region Model)

JOB PURPOSE This role will be responsible for managing and executing innovative solutions for Diabetes, Renal and CV TA, coordinating cross-functional resources to accelerate implementation in key cities. Explore multi-treatment integrated disease management solutions for CVRM and corporate businesses. Extract successful experiences and form standardized replicable patterns. Meanwhile, cooperate with local governments, hospital management teams, HCPs and other stakeholders, exploration of building whole city/region model Digital Disease Management. Enables scalable disease management solutions from Hospital Level to regional and urban cluster advantages. This role can contribute to addressing the unmet needs of governments, hospitals and HCPs and patients. Build partnership with Disease Eco-system players, including medical device, Food, Lifestyle and Insurance companies. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES 1.管理及执行创新项目在重点城市策略及落地 Manager and execute innovation projects strategic and achievement 管理重点城市创新项目（如MMC/三高共管等）策略制定与实施，将创新项目与公司短期及长期战略相结合 Manager the development and implementation of innovation projects (MMC/3H Management etc.) strategies. Integrate innovation projects with company short and long-term strategic plans. 负责公司创新项目在重点城市与政府、战略医院合作，与关键客户建立并持续推进战略合作关系，整合内外部资源，实现公司战略目标 Responsible for the cooperation of the company’s innovation projects with Government, strategic hospitals in key cities. Advance degree or MBA preferred, Background in Pharmaceutical and Medical is preferred 2)10 years commercial experience in Healthcare industry, better in Government Affair, Key Account Management, Market Access, Innovation 3) Additional cross-functional experience: Commercial, Partner & Alliance is preferred 4) Proficient in oral and written communication (English & Mandarin) Functional Competency Healthcare Environment Knowledge Knowledge of China pharmaceutical market competitive landscape and trend Understand how National/Provincial Healthcare & Regulatory environment impacts TA Understand how to build strategic partnerships with government and hospital management teams Understand Disease Ecosystem landscape, especially on disease management, patient engagement and payor innovation solutions Knowledge of emerging stakeholders, like Pharmacy Chain, Commercial Health Insurance, Insurance TPAs.
