CNA Training School in Sugar Land is looking to hire a Bilingual Program coordinator: this is a Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5 pm Job. preference will be given to those who live close by Sugar Land.
Duties and responsibilities.
Ensuring the smooth functioning of the school’s daily operations
Answering incoming calls
Making photocopies, sending and receiving Emails, and filing records
Scheduling school events
Typing internal communication
Collection of school fees
Maintaining updated and accurate students’ records
Skills Needed:
Basic computer knowledge
Time and event management capabilities
Record keeping capabilities
Managing calls and taking messages
Able to work as a team member
Ability to follow instructions without supervision
