The Executive Compensation Analyst reports to the Head of Global Compensation & Benefits and will focus on program and project management supporting critical compensation initiatives. Through partnerships with Regional Compensation & Benefits colleagues, HR Business Partners and other key HR stakeholders, this role utilizes an in-depth understanding of the company compensation philosophy to assess the implications of various compensation strategies and achieve alignment with overall business objectives.
The annual Salary range for this position is $107,000.00-$145,000.00
Responsibilities
- Provide executive compensation benchmarks to support compensation reviews and decision making. Develop compensation analytics to assist with the review and approval of executive compensation actions
- Work with consultancies to identify industry best practices and trends
- Maintain all relevant compensation data, including documentation of compensation reviews
- Support all aspects of the preparation and distribution of materials used by the Compensation Committee for the deliberation and approval of program initiatives
- Support the preparation of public disclosures and supporting documents that ensure compliance with executive compensation regulations
- Support the preparation of the Annual Remuneration Report and respective compensation table updates on a quarterly basis
- Partner with consultancies and proxy advisors in an effort to keep current on Corporate Governance requirements
- Assist with the development and delivery of long-term incentive programs
- Support effective communication to fully inform and educate Compensation & Benefits colleagues, the HR team, and plan participants on long-term Incentive plans
- Analyze executive compensation and long-term incentive programs for cost impact, effectiveness, legal and regulatory compliance, and alignment with shareholder interests
- Support LTIP metrics results report and payout calculation
- Partner with Equity Administration on the long-term incentive plan grants and releases
- Collaborate extensively with Finance, Accounting, and Payroll on Executive Compensation and Equity Award Administration as needed
- Support the budget and forecast process through the tracking of actuals against budget, management of required accruals, etc.
- Assist with external partner management including the definition of scope of services, contract maintenance, and the approval and payout of work orders in accordance with corporate procurement guidelines.
- Support the development of the executive compensation system/tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics
- 5 years experience in compensation or related experience
