The salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $120,000 annually.

Serve as the technical project lead during the analysis, design and implementation of systems that support HR program and service delivery.- Responsible for ensuring consistency to the project plan, and for the bringing potential issues to project, program and/or business function leadership.
- Develop system test scenarios, training materials and business process documentation.
- Promote the accuracy of data in our HR systems through review of daily interface logs and routine data maintenance.
- Develop an understanding of client business needs in order to fulfill standard and ad-hoc report requests.
- Serve as primary end-user support across various HR modules (compensation, talent management, performance management, etc.) and provide technical expertise for related systems and processes.
- Perform root cause analysis and own issue resolution. Serve as liaison for internal customers across business functions and handle required interactions with vendors and external service providers.
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with primary system users and HR COEs.
- Work with internal and external partners to perform audits on HR processes, documents, and data.

Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, HRIS Technology, Human Resources or another related field- 5- 10 years directly related experience in a system administration/analyst capacity
- Previous experience utilizing HR Management Systems
- Previous experience utilizing business intelligence and/or reporting tools
