As a member of our Technology Rotational Development Program, you will have the opportunity to explore several specialties by completing 4 six-month rotations. These rotations will be in various Research and Development departments. You will gain a broad understanding of how our multi-functional teams work together to support our business. You will also be given the ability to build a network across the organization to explore future career paths. This role will provide valuable training on key programs, systems and skills, as well as coaching and mentoring from CNH Industrial leaders. After completion of the rotations, you will be placed in a position that matches your interests and skills and continue on the path to become a future leader of the organization.
Responsibilities
Sample Rotational Development Programs Include:
- Product Validation --> Precision Application Solution - Guidance --> System Simulation --> Precision Application Solution - Telematics
- Hydraulics --> Mechanical Design --> Driveline --> Product Validation
Rotation will depend on the applicants education and previous experience.
The annual salary for this position is $59,500 - $80,500
Qualifications
- B.S. Degree in Engineering, Computer Science
Some rotations are eligible for HYBRID flexible work arrangements!
