Job Posting for Electrical Job Superintendent at CNM Specialist Recruitment Limited
My client is a well-established commercial electrical contractor with a turnover of around $25 million and a real presence in their market, they are looking for an Electrical Job Superintendent to work on an initial 17 floor high rise. You will be hands-on working and managing between 5-20 people.
The Role of the Electrical Job Superintendent
Oversee commercial construction projects
Work with tools as needed
Management of staff on site
Order materials using their custom materials database
Manage tools and equipment
Assure quality workmanship
Coordinate with General Contractor
Assist with generating Change Orders
Track labor hours on projects, provide all efforts to deliver jobs within budgets
Use laptop computer tied to office remote access system to assist managing projects
All other duties as directed by the Project Manager and senior management.
The Ideal Electrical Job Superintendent will have:
Commutable to Tampa, FL or willing to relocate
previous experience of running electrical high rise
Strong skills & thorough knowledge of electrical trade, NEC codes, etc.
Experience running commercial electrical construction jobs
Thorough understanding of blueprints
Good with people
Able to give clear direction to staff
General computer skills
Good driving record
The Benefits of the Electrical Job Superintendent Role:
The position is hourly but averages between $65k-$75k per year
