This individual will process month-end close, budget preparation, and updates, quarterly and annual audits, check daily execution, support delivery of overall objectives, and ensure the integrity and timeliness of reporting. The Regional Controller will also manage and lead the accounting department for the sites. Work is remote with some travel to site locations.

Essential Functions:
- Ensure strong controls and compliance environment for finance and ensure full compliance with our policies
- Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, annual budgets, or reports required by regulatory agencies
- Report and translate financial data to provide insight that enables better business strategies and decisions
- Lead projects to improve efficiencies and improvements to ways of working and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement
- Manage and oversee payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and banking.
- Complete monthly account reconciliations and all supporting or adjusting entries
- Work with local office management and support teams to develop and refine processes, workflows, internal controls
- Complete monthly expense allocations for shared costs
- Prepare monthly regional financial summary analysis and ad-hoc requests
- Complete quarterly tax and government filings
- Other duties as requested by the Regional Financial Manager and the local General Manager
- Work will primarily be remote, with 25% monthly travel to site locations
Required Skills:
- Technical expertise in financial planning and performance management, including data collection and structuring, analyzing, planning, and reporting company financial performance

Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based programs; Oracle experience is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and constructive thinking, and ability to evaluate information
- Demonstrated ability to manage processes
- Possess critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data
