THE ROLE: reporting to our Team Lead of Global Revenue Operations this is a mid/senior-level role and a brand new position within the company. The role can be based either at our HQ in Berlin or remotely from your location within EMEA (GMT 0 to GMT 2).

We do this by aligning people, platforms and processes around a shared set of business goals to accelerate our revenue growth and maximise value creation throughout the entire buyer journey, from awareness to after-sales.

As a Data Quality Manager, you will:
- Ensure CoachHub’s data follows our compliance, access management and control policies, while meeting our data governance requirements
- Partner with business stakeholders to define quality metrics/rules to measure and monitor quality of data
- Improve data quality by developing new processes, policies and standards to drive data quality efforts and ensure ongoing protection of data quality
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the collection, integration, data cleansing efforts and retention of data sources
- Establish target goals for data quality improvement and identify optimal approaches for resolving data quality issues to achieve targets
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies in program nomenclature
Your profile:
- 6 years experience as a Data Quality Analyst working on data quality and governance
- Advanced knowledge of data architecture, management & governance, data modelling concepts, application coding and development lifecycle
- Experience with DBMS, ETL tools and other data quality & governance tools
- You have an innate capability for analysing, slicing and dicing data to derive insights
- You combine your analytical mindset with a clear understanding of business objectives, customer needs and data required to deliver customer experience and business results
- You’re a lifelong learner who loves to acquire new technical skills, learn new tools & programming languages and Big Data techniques
- You’re a self-motivated individual who loves collaborating with others and is comfortable in the face of shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
- You’re an effective communicator with strong verbal and written English skills
