Status: Regular Full Time
Job Purpose
The Dispatcher will provide support for the Operations Coordinator by dispatching Operations Field Inspectors to the client terminals or plant facilities. Dispatchers also customer’s requests are handles timely.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive or prepare work orders.
- Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from supervisors and field inspectors.
- Confer with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, and requests relevant to work orders.
- Prepare daily reports.
- Report any incidents as they arise.
- Works closely with Operations Coordinators in day to day operations.
- Willing to work a flexible on call schedule.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Assist Operations Coordinator with verifying that site specific & GNOIEC classes are in compliance with all field personnel.
- All other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications
- Must have internal and external customer service skills.
- Have a great work history with a track record of being responsible individual.
- Detailed orientated.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- TWIC card required.
Travel
10% travel may be required for this position.

This position is performed in an office environment.

- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
