```Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive to join our team. As an Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales and leading our sales team to success. This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong leadership skills, technical sales expertise, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients.

Duties:

- Promote and sell Cannabis products grown in our facility to retail stores around the state
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new market opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer accounts

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cannabis industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge and connections in the cannabis industry are essential
- Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions based on data

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
