About the role: The Global Security Agent will be primarily focused on monitoring the security of client locations and personnel around the world, and responding in real-time to emergencies and potential threats. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years security and incident management experience, BA and/or relevant technical certifications, exceptional oral communication skills, and International work and travel experience.
This position is on-site at one of our client locations in Tempe, AZ. Pay will be $70,000, salaried. A daily meal credit of $20 for duty days is also included.

Responsibilities
- Participate in security incident response daily, identifying and triaging potential impacts on employees and assets
- Compose and track incidents to resolution; inform internal stakeholders in verbal or written updates via internal communication platforms (ex. SLACK and Gmail)
- Triage and escalate cases of workplace violence to relevant employee relations
- Monitor and administer travel security operations by procedures, including tracking, assisting, and advising international travelers on security issues across the region
- Perform special projects and research as required by GOC management or as conditions warrant
- Experience with Everbridge Suite, JIRA Ticketing and Genetec
- Able to establish, foster, and maintain trust-based relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Exceptional oral communication skills and ability to speak with clarity, empathy, and calmness in emergencies
- Exercise sound judgment to prioritize events, service requests, and inquiries according to SOP
- Preference for directly transferable knowledge of incident management, business resilience, and security operations centers
- BA and relevant technical certifications
- At least 3 years of security and incident management experience
