About the Guest Service Representative II (Customer Service Desk Clerk/Safe Access/Bookkeeping):

The primary focus of this position is to assist guests at the Guest Service Counter by offering convenient, specialty products and services not offered by traditional grocery retailers (i.e. Money Orders, Western Union, Dry Cleaning, Postage, etc.). This position is responsible for upholding Coborn’s high standard of service by supporting the front-end, as well as the remainder of the store, through cashier interventions, transaction reversals/corrections, and other unique transactions (i.e. returns, coupon refunds, exchanges, etc.).This role also has access to the safe and may perform bookkeeping duties.

We are looking for someone who:

• has previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience (preferred).
