Barista

Our beautiful coffee shop, bistro & bar only opened around six months ago, but we have been growing rapidly ever since. Coco Espresso, Bistro & Bar is built around sustainable practices, offers a full espresso bar, an entirely plant-based menu, and a full bar and “zero-proof” bar, as well.

We are now hiring additional baristas! Our decor was designed from the ground up and is bright and open, with big windows, as well as a front wall of windows that opens up entirely to the outside - and our two outside patios. We care a great deal about offering a warm and welcoming environment to our customers. Our tagline is "fueled by kindness".

We have a fantastic team to work alongside, and we are quite proud of our top ratings and “best of” nominations across multiple platforms. We believe in supporting our local non-profit, Beautiful Together Animal Sanctuary, and we like to work with individuals who share similar values about caring for our planet and giving back generously.

Must Have Qualifications:

- A genuinely friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner

- A high level of personal integrity

- A strong work ethic

- Ability to be efficient but still offer quality

- Possesses great customer-focused communication skills

- Possesses a calm and productive demeanor during a rush/periods of high customer volume

We will provide excellent barista training for an otherwise strong candidate! In addition, many of us at Coco are cross-trained, so if a Barista is interested in doing some cooking or bartending, we can also train a qualified person to do one of those roles, as well.
