The Operations Controller has primary responsibility for supporting the interactions between sales and operational side of the business, supporting our customer-centric strategy. The OC is responsible for identifying operational and logistics problems and developing and implementing solutions at the branch and regional level. The Operations Controller serves both internal and external customers and is responsible for supporting the organization’s overall customer-centric strategy. The Operations Controller is a key link between the sales and operations sides of the organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Working cross-functionally to identify and resolve operational problems and challenges
- Collecting and interpreting data on operations to drive decision making
- Drafting and implementing internal controls
- Collaborating with the branch managers to resolve operational problems
- Serving as an independent voice with executive team who can provide unbiased information on Sales and Operations projects, problems and conflicts
