Responsibilities include:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with team leaders to understand skills and competencies of staffing needs.
• Post roles and establish relationships with recruitment vendors.
• Manage recruitment lifecycle, including career events participation, scheduling, and conducting interviews, screening candidates, drafting offer letters, and close-out.
• Administer the applicant tracking system (pipeline and status, including follow-ups).
• Lead new employee onboarding in collaboration with T&D Manager.

2. Employee Relations, including Engagement and Culture:
• Serve as a champion for the culture and team, reinforcing the company values and mission.
• Implement initiatives to foster employee engagement and enhance company culture (i.e., monthly activities, newsletter, etc.).
• Promote employee retention and overall satisfaction and fulfillment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and issues.
• Investigate and resolve employee complaints and conflicts.
• Conduct exit interviews, ensure consistency of termination process, and provide guidance related to employee turnover.
3. HR Policies and Compliance:
• Craft, implement, and ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
• Understand and ensure compliance with government regulations and federal and state employment laws.
• Document (employee handbook) and educate staff.
4. Talent and Development (T&D):
• Work with T&D Manager regarding personal growth and development plans, performance management, training/development, promotions, and succession planning.
5. Team Leader and Contributor:
• Supervise, develop, and provide support for the HR Generalist.
• Collaborate with the T&D Manager.
• Work closely with and support the CCI President, CFO, and other Partners.
6. HR Recording and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate employee records.
• Collect, analyze, and report on metrics, key performance indicators, trends, and areas of improvement.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Proven record of 5 years in HR management.
• Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
