Our Ad Operations team delivers best-in-class, highly sophisticated ad operations support to Code3's diverse client base. You will provide pixel expertise and ensure the proper launch of ad campaigns for our clients. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to hone expert-level media skills across major media platforms and solve challenges of all shapes and sizes for some of the largest brands in the world.
How you can make an impact
- Collaborate with the account team to support client pixel strategy
- Build and launch Social campaigns within Social UI
- Manage day-to-day execution of media launches by personally setting up and managing campaigns
- Work extensively inside of tag management systems, specifically Google Tag Manager
- Perform campaign QA on your own campaigns, plus those built by other client teams
- Communicate new campaign management strategy ideas to help drive client alignment
- Verify campaign delivery and confirm that pixels are placed properly and firing to allow data to flow back for reporting
- Recommend changes to existing products, policies, and processes that improve overall performance
Requirements
- BA or equivalent with emphasis on coursework in marketing, advertising, business
- 1-2 years of campaign management execution experience within digital and/or social; knowledge of CM360 and programmatic landscape a strong plus
- 1-2 years of experience working in Social UI
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Proven ability to navigate client and external communication
- Self-starter who is comfortable with a rapidly changing environment
- Energetic, relentless drive to succeed, team player
- Ability to maintain a positive mental attitude in even the most stressful situations
