Position Overview
Technical Delivery Lead
Requirements:
- Delivery lead with strong knowledge in ASP.NET framework, Angular JS, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g., Model-View-Controller (MVC), .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3, Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
- Safe Agile based project execution, team management and project report management
- Assist in feature and capability estimation at program level and scrum team level to facilitate economic decisions to manage budget, scope and delivery of the solution of a large multiyear development program.
- Use Agile methodologies to maintain a strong focus on delivery priorities, holding others to account for delivery, and swiftly responding to changing requirements.
- Responsible to building distributed agile teams across onsite and offshore and ensure offshore model works smoothly.
- Lead, advise, and mentor diverse teams in technical and functional delivery aspects.
- Work closely with product owner to lead program increment sessions quarterly.
- Lead and coordinate with scrum master and build team for product feature refinement, backlog drafting and story refinement sessions at program level and across distributed scrum teams.
- Lead and Coordinate design and development activities at onshore and offshore, assign and oversee their job duties, as well as review their work daily. Cross training team members on new technologies, make managerial decisions regarding staffing needs and term of team members within scrum team.
- Establish critical NFRs (non-functional requirements) at solution level. Suggest, own and execute Architecture runway work, technical design work and feature stories for complex features for each program increment.
- Track project progress in Jira, callout the dependencies, bring the best out of each team through continuous mentoring and feedback cycles.
- Responsible for Maintaining relationship with key client stake holders including Senior Directors.
Primary Skills: ASP.NET framework, Angular JS, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC), .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3, Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC).
Secondary Skills: DEVOPS/Sql server Integrations services.
