- Organizes and maintains patient records with the utmost accuracy, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correctly filed.
- Manages outgoing correspondence, sending records to the right destinations on time, every time.
- Handles financial transactions by processing checks through online systems or at the bank with reliability and discretion.
- Provides a warm welcome and ongoing support to our patients and visitors, embodying our commitment to outstanding care.
- Acts as the organizational wizard who keeps our office running like clockwork, coordinating appointments to accommodate our patients' needs.
- All other duties as assigned.
