What does a Senior Software Engineer at CoderPad do?
As a full-stack Senior Engineer, you'll join a team focused on initiatives that position CoderPad as the best tool for interviewing and assessing technical talent. Developers love us!
Your work will impact the user experience of candidates and interviewers and pave the way in improving the technical hiring process – reducing bias for the next generation of engineers. You'll tie your work to metrics that drive CoderPad’s business and individual feature usage that propels our product-led growth motion. We collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, User Researchers, and other engineers to define project plans and solve the most impactful problems to delight CoderPad's customers.
