POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for preparing original GMP training documentation, assisting in the maintenance of QC training plans and curricula, and monitoring QC learners training status.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare GMP training documentation in DocuSign for training extensions and curriculum assignment, removal and maintenance.
- Prepare reports using the Learning Management System
- Respond to questions and requests from internal customers
- Assist with creation and revision of learner training plans
- Maintain master listing of departement owned curriculum
- Monitor and follow-up with learners with overdue training and badge deactivation
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
- This position in the Quality Control group with work closely with the Organizational Learning group, Quality Systems
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- Solid knowledge of computers and computer systems including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook. Experience with a Learning Management System, such as Plateau, and DocuSign or other electronic signature system is preferred.
PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Sitting for long stretches of time
- Walking between buildings
EXPERIENCE
- The ability to execute against SOPs and document entries in a cGMP compliant manner.
- Solid knowledge of computers and computer systems including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and attention to details are a must
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- A self-motivated individual that enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
