What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Tour Concierge position at Codi?
Property Tour Concierge
**This role requires travel within San Francisco & the Bay Area**
Codi is the first company to offer access to daytime workspaces in local communities, giving people the opportunity to walk to work in their own neighborhoods. With the help of a growing community of hosts, we are building the future of work by creating inspiring, convenient, and productive workspaces for professionals – right around the corner. We believe in the power of community. That’s why we started Codi: to help people commute less, connect more, and feel inspired to do their best work.
We anticipate amazing things for you in this role! This is a rare opportunity to enter a transformative company at the ground level and become an instrumental part of its growth. You’ll join an A-level team of professionals, investors, and advisors from highly successful leading companies, such as Airbnb, Lyft, Postmates, WeWork, and many more.
Who Are You?
- You’re a self starter. You like to work independently and collaborate effectively with your peers
- You love real estate and open houses. You often find yourself in an online rabbithole of virtual tours and photos of neighboring properties
- You’re outgoing and love interacting with people on a daily basis, you thrive off of creating happy experiences for anyone you meet. In many cases, you’ll be the first teammate that Codi clients meet, and you’ll have plenty of opportunities to share your infectious energy here
- You’ve given tours before and understand the do's and don’ts
- You’ve preferably worked in a field where you’ve had to give multiple tours of properties per week
- You know the importance of being punctual. In most cases, you’re early so that you can tackle any last minute obstacles before a client arrives
Unfortunately…
We will *not* be a good fit for you if: Politics and drama entertain you. You enjoy the structured corporate world. You’d rather avoid human interactions. You’re not especially creative or innovative.
