Inbound Sales Associate
Ideal Candidate:
We’re looking for a high-performing sales professional with a strong sales record and enthusiasm for the software development space/tech industry. Ideal candidate has 3 years of experience in a high-performance sales role and working hands-on with a CRM such as Hubspot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
Big Pluses (but not required):
- 2 years of technical recruiting experience OR education recruitment for career school technical programs
- Coding / Software development experience is a plus to be able to speak confidently to students about our courses.
The objective of the Role:
Build relationships with prospective customers and enroll them for Coding Dojo programs! You’ll conduct phone consultative sales conversations with students who set appointments and inquire through digital platforms. You will conduct prospective student interviews to qualify them for our program and then progress them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate consultative conversations to best ensure students educational and career goals are met
- Live in Hubspot daily to manage your student pipelines, take notes, book appointments, email/text prospective students, and more.
- Source, Screen, Interview, Evaluate, and Enroll potential students through inbound inquiries in order to meet your individual KPIs and goals.
- Outbound networking, develop student pipelines, and meet weekly activity goals
- Exhaust all your inbound pipeline inquiries and historical lead lists to find/revive prospects and interest
- Stay informed on the latest tech hiring trends and the hottest software development trends in the space
We’re Looking For Someone With:
- 3 years minimum in an inside sales role or business development role for selling technical products
- 2 years minimum CRM and lead base management skills preferably with HubSpot or Salesforce
- Technical recruiting and/or education recruitment for IT program experience with a track record of top performance a BIG PLUS
- Coding / Software development experience is a plus to be able to speak confidently to students about our courses.
- Must have reliable internet and equipment to perform all job duties
