- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for team members, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring adequate supply for the office.
- Manage office facilities and equipment, including coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, and proofreading, including reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
