Compliance Lead

We are looking for compliance lead for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers

1. Must have hands on experience in Security Domain and CAPA auditing and Exception reporting.
2. Must have exception report ownership (experience as an Event owner)
3. Life Sciences background preferred
4. Single point of contact for Compliance Requirement.
5. Delivery progress measurement, Weekly Dashboard and status reporting on project health to Client and Cognizant Leadership.
6. Perform security and compliance assessments on new and existing systems, processes, technology.
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement security process and procedure in align with IT security standards and policy set by client.
8. Provide support internal and external audit process for relevant compliance concerns including PCI-DSS, SOX, GDPR
9. Adopt, enforce, and ensure Change management process within the projects.
10. Involve in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
11. Perform business impact analysis and assist with development of IT Security risk register.
12. Significant experience with legal and regulatory compliance standards such as PCI-DSS, SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, CaCPA, etc
13. Experience with IT governance, risk, and compliance management in a large global environment.
14. Good communication skill and client interaction capability.
15. Day to day Meetings with Client and Other Stakeholders and also involving in process and management activities.
