What are the responsibilities and job description for the Desktop Support position at Cognizant Technology Solutions?
We are looking for Desktop Support for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.
MANDATORY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Play as a technical desktop engineer for RHEL upgrade project.
- Participate as needed in upgrades. Core responsibility - o DVD Burner/copier
- DVDs blanks for Copy of Master
- Travel to FedEx Location (TBD) to ship DVD’s
