Network Voice lead who should have good Lead experience and good communication skills Hands on experience on Cisco Analog VG224 Cisco VG310 Cisco VG202 Cisco 2800 Cisco 2811 Cisco 2851 Cisco 3945 Cisco 3925 voice gateway Assist and approve of implemented Customer Premise NetworkVoice Architecture Interact with client through scheduled operation call Flexibility toward BAU and Non BAU tasks NetworkVoIP monitoring and troubleshooting Maintains various systems including Data VOIP wireless and VTC Overall controls and processes of Voice Platforms Knowledge of Multimedia Video ConferencingTeleconferencing Knowledge of AvayaAvaya Communications Service ACU Cisco VOIP Knowledge of Cisco Call Manager encryption devices PSTN DSN ISDN Exposure to perform RCA on Major incidents and Proactive problem management Documentation and knowledge transfer skills Collaborate with offshore team and work with the team Assist in creation
